Important: BabyCue is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
  • Use your own judgment and seek professional medical advice when needed

Medical Disclaimer

BabyCue is a learning tool, not a medical device. Predictions are based on patterns and context, not medical expertise. Always trust your instincts and consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Subscription and Payment

BabyCue offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time (except as required by law)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The BabyCue app, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by BabyCue and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

BabyCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruptions, or errors in predictions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
